Message	fill the top section with that expandable foam stuff to make it rigid. Apply down guys at the 2 joint locations. 3 guys each joint, 120 degrees apart. You only need 3 anchors in ground, tie both levels to one anchor at a time. The anchor should be the same distance from the pole as the top joint is above the ground line, ie a 1:1 ratio. TV antenna guy line should work fine.
